Sunset Riders

Sunset Riders gave kids the fantasy to play as one of the cowboys of the old west. The game was a side-scrolling brawler where you don’t punch but rather  just shoot. The whole purpose of the game was that the player  hunted down bandits through dusty streets and run-down saloons side-by-side with a Player 2 partner. The game was way ahead of its time in terms of progressive thinking and apparently had some trouble with the ESRB rating system.
