Ninja Gaiden- Castlevania

Believe it or not the original concept and design of Ninja Gaiden was based out of another popular video game, Castlevania. The game came complete with indistinguishable life bars and the ability to slash at  lanterns. However the developers weren’t so shameless when copying from Castlevania, because they managed to improve the Ninja Gaiden levels with refined controls, easy camera movement and enhanced gameplay features. The developers also made sure that the character was made to move like a ninja, and hence gave him some pretty cool moves.
