9. Offline Achievements:

This is an absolutely basic feature that should have been present in the device from day one.  Microsoft have removed offline achievements from Xbox One. You would need to be connected to Xbox One live in order to unlock achievements which is just ludicrous. Although they will show up and your GamerScore will be updated when you go online but it’s baffling why players can’t do this in offline mode.
