Total War Warhammer 2 Tomb Kings (2)

The Creative Assembly’s next big DLC for Total War: Warhammer 2, namely Rise of the Tomb Kings, will be out on January 23rd 2018. A new trailer introduces us to some of the horrors that our armies will face. Basically skeletons. Lots and lots of skeletons with the odd giant scorpion and animated statue. Check out the trailer below.

The DLC will include a new race in the Tomb Kings along with four new playable factions (which are playable in the Eye of the Vortex campaign and Mortal Empires). While there won’t be a new campaign to play through, players can find two new Legendary Lords with their own quest chains. Naturally you can expect them new skills, challenges and traits to play around with as well.

The Rise of the Tomb Kings DLC hasn’t been priced yet but you can expect more details on this to arise closer to launch. In the meantime, Total War: Warhammer 2’s first DLC Blood for the Blood God 2 is available if you’ve yet to try it.
