Creative Assembly has released a teaser trailer for Total War: Warhammer 3, teasing the highly-anticipated Immortal Empires update for the game. While it lacks any release date for the update, the teaser does give us a look at some of the factions we can expect to play as once the new mode is out.
Immortal Empires is essentially the Total War: Warhammer 3 version of Total War: Warhammer 2‘s Mortal Empires. The update will add a new campaign that combines the maps and factions of all three Total War: Warhammer games, providing players a large number of factions to choose from, as well as a massive campaign map to conquer.
Once the update is released, players will presumably be required to own all three Total War: Warhammer games to access the new mode. Immortal Empires will also take into account all of the DLC factions and leaders that players might own, including those for the older games.
Total War: Warhammer 3 was released back in February. The original release had issues regarding performance and optimisations. However, updates since the release have reduced these issues by a large extent.
