Transformers: Devastation

Platinum Games’ Scalebound may be hogging attention away from the dev’s other efforts since Gamescom but it’s next big hack and slash title Transformers: Devastation is shaping up fairly well. According to producer Robert Conkey in a conversation with DualShockers, the adaptation of the popular Transformers: Generations series is set to run at 1080p resolution and 60 FPS on Xbox One, PS4 and PC when it releases.

The Xbox 360 and PS3 versions, on the other hand, will likely drop below that frame rate standard so don’t go expecting stable frames per second. The resolution will also be 720p on previous gen consoles.

Transformers: Devastation should be an interesting title to watch out for in the coming months, especially since after its impressive trailers. It releases on October 6th for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS3, PS4 and PC. Let us know in the comments below if you’ll be picking it up on launch day.
