Trials Fusion Announced for Current and Next Gen Consoles in 2014

Trials Frontier to launch alongside for mobile.

Ubisoft took the chance to announce not one but two Trials games at their E3 press conference, with Trials Fusion and Trials Frontier arriving sometime in 2014. A new gameplay trailer for the same was revealed, which can be viewed above.

While Trials Fusion will release on Xbox 360 and PC along with next gen consoles, Trials Frontier will act as a mobile version of the game for smartphones and tablets. Interestingly enough, both games will be able to work together in some way. It’s an interesting concept, and if Ubisoft finds a way to make the Cloud functionality of both the Xbox One and PS4 work well, it could be rather innovative.

Plus, the Trials games in general have been both critically and commercially acclaimed, with Trials Evolution doing fairly good numbers. Look at the announcement of Trials Fusion and Frontier as the sole bright spots in Ubisoft’s rather boring E3 conference then.
