Kalypso Media has released some new screenshots which showcase the beauty that is the island of Tropico for Haemimont Games’ Tropico 5. There seems to be plenty to do with circuses and wild life parks to visit along with beaches and resorts to kick back at. Of course, this is only meant to hide the heaps of corruption and heinous acts that El Presidente is perpetrating but that’s besides the point.

It has also been announced that Kalypso Media will be present at this month’s Game Developers Conference – being held from March 19th to 21st in San Francisco – to show off Tropico 5.

Tropico 5 is slated to arrive in the early Summer for PC, Xbox 360, Mac and Linux but a PlayStation 4 version – which will make full use of the console’s power – is planned for a release later this year. Will you be hopping back aboard El Presidente’s hype train? Let us know in the comments below.
