Gfk Chart-Track revealed UK sales for the week ending on December 31st 2016 and much to no one’s surprise (or everyone’s chagrin, who can tell anymore), Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare finished the year at the number one spot.

It was followed by FIFA 17, Battlefield 1, Grand Theft Auto 5 and Watch Dogs 2. Mafia 3 was in sixth place while Rocket League held at seventh. Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End climbed several places to eighth place while Steep and The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim Special Edition are ninth and tenth respectively.

Interestingly enough, Final Fantasy 15 fell from eighth to 16th place while The Last Guardian moved up to 21st. Dead Rising 4 continues its fall and is currently in 22nd.

What are your thoughts on the best-selling games in UK to close out last year? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned for more information, especially with several high profile releases incoming for the next few weeks.
