FIFA 17 (12)

Electronic Arts’ FIFA 17 seems to have intrigued players with enough new features – the sequel became the number one selling title in the UK across all formats. Gfk Chart- Track even reports its first week sales being the highest in the series’ history.

Forza Horizon 3 is in second place followed by LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Fifth place is interesting because it features the PS4 and Xbox One versions of XCOM 2 (previously only available for PC). Pro Evolution Soccer 2017 is next followed by Destiny: The Collection, Rocket League NBA 2K17 and Grand Theft Auto 5. Keep in mind that digital sales are not accounted for in Chart-Track’s data.

Except FIFA 17 to have a long healthy reign in the coming weeks even with titles like Gears of War 4 and Mafia 3 coming up. What are your thoughts on its success so far? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned for more information.
