Ultra Street Fighter 4 Will Get Omega Mode in October Patch

Along with a host of other improvements.

People might have whined and bitched about Ultra Street Fighter IV, but there’s no denying that not was it a quality product that justified its existence entirely, but it was also handled extremely well, as far as upgrades and incentives for owners of any of the previous versions of the game- and Capcom has released many– were concerned.

This October, Capcom will make Ultra Street Fighter IV an even more alluring prospect, when a patch adds in the Omega Mode. Omega Mode is a completely new mode in which every character has been modified and outfitted with new normal and special attacks, resulting in a refreshing take on the Street Fighter IV characters. But that won’t be the only change that this patch brings with it, as the patch will also add the delayed wake up option to the dummy in training mode and for PC users, more improvements to the online experience, apart from some improvements in response to player feedback.

Omega Mode will be playable online, and will be made available for free to anyone who owns the game. Stay tuned for more coverage.
