Darksiders has a lot of end of days tone to it and it really makes for an interesting story and gameplay. The game puts you in the role of War, one of the four Horsemen of the Apocalypse and it’s not a Zelda clone as many people say it is. For one thing the Horseman War is a little more interesting as a character than you would want to believe. The game has great atmosphere, fun combat, very creative puzzles, and some of the best creature design ever.
