Paradox Interactive’s latest trailer for Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 showcases a rather interesting clan. Known as the Tremere, these are vampires that can also use blood magic and thus have the profile of blood witches, among other things. Check out the trailer below.
The Tremere impart two Disciplines to those who join – Thaumaturgy and Auspex. The former consists of Blood Sorcery, as players can use Skewer to pierce through enemies from below with spikes, while Purge causes enemies to puke up blood.
Auspex allows for spotting characters through walls and even marking individuals. You can also use it to find out enemy weaknesses. It also provides Psychic Projection, which allows a vampire to move around the environment in astral form. Both Disciplines are fairly interesting and should expand a player’s Thinblooded profile well.
