Vampyr Gets Some New Screens

Not Twilight.

Like with so many famed protagonists of literature (and other media), the protagonist of Vampyr leads a double life- he’s a doctor on one hand, and a, you guessed it, vampire on the other. The new game, which is by Dontnod, the same folks who brought us Remember Me and the excellent Life Is Strange, is an action RPG.

These new screenshots don’t show off any of that- but they do show off the protagonist’s duality pretty convincingly. They also show off the game’s extremely strong sense of an artstyle (which makes sense, since Dontnod did so well on that front in Life Is Strange).

You can check out the screenshots below, and let us know what you think in the comments. The game is due out some time in 2017, but we do expect to see more of it at E3 next month. It is currently under development for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
