Paradox Development Studios’ second expansion pack to Victoria II, namely Heart of Darkness, continues the empire building traipse through the 19th century Europe, taking you from Cairo to the Cape as you struggle for total control in Africa. This includes mastering a new colonization system, naval combat and following global events via newspapers.
It will release on April 16th on PC for $19.99 but pre-orders are currently open for the same. And naturally, that also means pre-order benefits. Those who pre-order the latest expansion at select retailers will receive Victoria I Complete, the original game with additional content, for free.
There will also be a 75 percent discount for Victoria titles with other retailers. This includes discounts for Victoria II and the first expansion A House Divided.
