11. Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2
Three years after the reboot of the Castlevania series, Lords of Shadow 2 pits Gabriel Belmont as Dracula against a horde of demons. The game is now open world unlike its predecessor with a number of combat improvements; the magic system is now replaced by the Void Sword and Chaos Claws, Gabriel has to now maintain a focus bar to perform certain sweet tricks. The game looks quite appealing with its visuals, backed up by expansive and rewarding levels. WIth your own castle’s blood rebelling against you – literally so – with new game mechanics and elements coming as a breath of fresh air and has a number of us agog with excitement.
