Vodafone won’t be offering Xperia Play in time for tomorrow’s launch, and neither will Orange, reports suggest.
Vodafone have apparently sent out emails to their customers who pre-ordered the Playstation phone saying “Sony Ericsson have advised us that they will not be able to supply the Sony Ericsson Xperia Play to meet the original launch date of 1 April. Unfortunately, this means there will be a small delay to your order.”
This shipment delay will also supposedly prevent Orange from supplying the phone at launch. Unfortunate news for those hoping for some PS phone action on launch day.
