One of last year’s more exciting shooters has just received a nice new update, with the announcement dropping at the PC Games Show.
We’re talking about Void/Breaker, a roguelite shooter that has you wielding deadly weapons in tandem with some powerful telekinetic abilities in your effort to escape an endless game of cat and mouse caused by a rogue AI that’s controlling sinister machines hell-bent on removing you out of the equation.
That’s easier said than done, thanks to an arsenal of weapons that has now been expanded in the new update, along with moves that let you use the world around you to your advantage, irrespective of whether it’s on the field of battle or when you’re making your way across the game’s well-designed stages. There’s a new boss to take on as well, along with new gun mods that are sure to bring new and improved synergies for your build to exploit, all of which could make your enemies rue the day they attempted to thwart your bid for your freedom.
