After a delay to the second half of 2024, Focus Entertainment and Saber Interactive announced a new release date for Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2. It’s launching on September 9th, 2024, for PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PS5. Check out the latest trailer below.
The sequel sees Lieutenant Titus venturing through the various systems, taking down the Tyranids and other heretics to the Imperium of Man. Along with maintaining the hack-and-slash gameplay and third-person shooting of the original, Space Marine 2 implements some new mechanics like perfect parrying and dodging to retaliate with stronger attacks.
Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 will also have a beta before launch, with sign-ups currently available. When it will become available, and the content it features is unknown, so stay tuned.
