Wayfinder

Airship Syndicate’s Wayfinder has left early access after suffering extensive launch issues and being dropped by publisher Digital Extremes. Version 1.0 is available for PS4, PS5, and PC, offering extensive changes (including the shift to a premium single-player model) and new content. Check out the launch trailer below.

There’s a new Zone, The Crucible, and two new Lost Zones, The Shattered Foundry and The Aegis Vault. Loot-wise, there are six new weapons and over 15 new armor sets, including gear sets that confer different bonuses. Nvidia DLSS is also supported and several improvements have been made to performance.

Players can also utilize a new character, Lora the Vessel, who can use a powerful Avatar to attack enemies. It can also provide a damage shield to her and nearby allies that reflects damage. With enough energy, Lora can transform into the Avatar, smashing foes while regenerating health.

Wayfinder is available for $24.99, with a 10 percent discount on Steam until October 28th. As for what the future holds, stay tuned for more updates in the coming months.
