What Remains of Edith Finch Arrives For Xbox One on July 19th

The PS4 and PC adventure will finally arrive on Xbox One for $20.

Giant Sparrow’s What Remains of Edith Finch won’t be exclusive to PS4 and PC on July 19th as the developer has announced its upcoming release on Xbox One. It will retail for $20 when it arrives.

What Remains of Edith Finch arrived earlier this year and garnered much critical acclaim for its story-telling and representation of death in various forms. Though somewhat short, the overall pacing, variety of experiences and sheer emotional weight of it all was worth it.

If that’s not enough to convince you, then Giant Sparrow is also responsible for developing The Unfinished Swan on PS3 way back in the day. It also received some fairly strong critical praise for its narrative and gameplay.

What are your thoughts on Edith Finch coming to Xbox One and no longer being exclusive to PS4 and PC? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned for updates when it finally releases.
