Where the Water Tastes Like Wine

Where the Water Tastes Like Wine, developed by Dim Bulb Games and Serenity Forge, kind of slipped under the radar when it released earlier this year. This is despite an unorthodox art-style and strong voice acting cast that included singer Sting. The developers have been busy improving the experience and have released a new “Tall Tales Update”.

Along with adding an autowalk option, which helps take strain off of continuously holding down the Forward key, it also contains some new stories to explore. New writers have gotten involved and players will find 15 new vignettes “ranging from the terrifying to the disgusting to the hilarious.” The overarching game has a good number of stories already included so this might be a good time to dive into the experience.

Where the Water Tastes Like Wine is available on PC and has been labelled a commercial “disaster” by the development team. It’s still supporting the title, with features like an option to return to previous locations.
