Trine 2 is the sequel to the original RPG platforming puzzler from Frozenbyte, and while it’s already on XBox Live Arcade, PSN and Steam, it’s set for more exposure on the Wii U when it releases as Trine 2: Director’s Cut at launch.

The title will be available on the Wii U eShop and the most fully realised version of the game yet, which includes the Goblin Menace DLC. Touch elements will be added for platforming and puzzling. There will also be a new multiplayer mode called “Magic Mayhem”, a party mode for some of the multiplayer action.
