Omega Force has released its first major content update for WILD HEARTS, adding a new Deeply Volatile Kemono – the Hellfire Laharback. Appearing on Natsukodachi Isle, this monster is all about fire and incinerating its enemies. You’ll receive the Fire Fiend Appeaser title when first defeating it.
The Hellfire Laharback also drops a Talisman with a new skill – Infernal Blow, which increases the chances of setting an enemy on fire. Damage against enemies on fire is also increased. You’ll need to complete all the Main Story Quests and then speak to Yoshichi, who will give you the quest under Side Stories in the Main Map.
Other improvements with this update include viewing all your skills when crafting weapons and armor, or modifying weapons. When a major threat appears in Minato, any Karakuri that contains food, like the Drying Rack and Ingredients Chest, will be removed.
A new Kemono arrives on March 23rd with the Grimstalker and provides new armor and weapons. More Kemono are coming in April, so stay tuned for updates. Check out our review for WILD HEARTS in the meantime.
