Wo Long Fallen Dynasty (6)

During Xbox’s Tokyo Game Show 2022 stream, Koei Tecmo and Team Ninja unveiled a new trailer for Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty. It offered some new gameplay footage, from the combat to the Character Creator. Check it out below.

The Character Creator will be familiar to fans of Nioh 2 with options to customize hair, figure, skin color, and so on, with various presets also available. Some new enemies are showcased along with the spells that players can wield, from attacking with earth spikes and lighting to shooting poison. Of course, like the Nioh series, it’s not an easy game to play but the development team promises to make it rewarding.

Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty is out in early 2023 for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, and PC. More information is coming during Koei Tecmo’s showcase tomorrow. Meanwhile, attendees can try out five different play styles and weapons in the demo. Morale was noted to be the key to victory, with strong opponents providing a boost. Hopefully we’ll learn more about the same tomorrow.
