There have been rumors since the summer of 2016 that MachineGames was hard at work making the next Wolfenstein game. While those rumors still haven’t been confirmed, there are some people who have seen the MachineGames ‘ next project up close and personal. Thanks to the latest episode of the podcast Kinda Funny Gamescast, we know that Pete Hines is one of those who has seen the game and he was clearly blown away by it.

On that podcast, Hines teased the public with whatever MachineGames is working on saying he had seen it. “MachineGames has been hard at work on something, which I can tell you I have played. And I can’t wait to show what it actually is.”

Of course, Hines wasn’t forthcoming on just when he would be able to show it, though an E3 appearance makes the most sense. With that showcase still being four months off, we should expect a few more teases here and there.
