Leenzee Games’ Wuchang: Fallen Feathers is off to a strong start on PC, reaching 130,453 peak concurrent Steam players at the time of writing per SteamDB. Of course, it hasn’t been without controversy, with the title currently rated “Mostly Negative.” Out of currently 8,054 user reviews, only 21 percent are positive.
Many of the criticisms focus on performance, with stuttering and lag plaguing even those who exceed the recommended requirements. A few reviews also mention inconsistent hit detection, enemies easily staggering the player with attacks, and whatnot. There are some positive impressions regarding the setting and boss fights, but they’re few and far between on Steam at the moment.
