World Wrestling Entertainment has been teasing as much on Twitter regarding a big announcement for the upcoming WWE 2K14 to happen today. Given the hints they’ve provided, it seems that the famous (and infamous) Ultimate Warrior would be part of the game.

According to The Wrestling Observer, it’s looking more and more to be the case according to different sources from the company. It also seems that in the August issue of WWE Magazine, the Warrior makes an appearance in an ad for WWE 2K14. The legend also reportedly filmed a commercial for the game recently, face paint and all.

The Warrior is expected to be a special attraction to the game much in the same way earlier titles like WWE 12 and WWE 13 had Brock Lesnar and Mike Tyson respectively. Stay tuned to the official announcement in the meantime.

WWE 2K14 is developed by Yuke’s and Digital Concepts, with 2K Sports publishing the same for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on October 29th in North America and November 1st in Europe.
