WWE 2K24

2K Sports’ WWE 2K24 has been officially announced, with its official Twitter account confirming a reveal on January 22nd. According to a recent rating in Brazil, it’s coming to Xbox Series X/S, PS5, PC, Xbox One and PC.

Of course, that’s not all, as there’s the tease of the cover athlete. Though several Superstars like Bianca Belair and Austin Theory pitch themselves, others like Xavier Woods believe it’ll be Gunther, Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch. Interestingly, The Miz and Zoey Starks think it’ll be Cody Rhodes, followed by a reply from Rhodes simply stating, “???” with a GIF of TV host Conan O’Brien asking, “Who?”

On top of this, the WWE 2K24 Twitter posted a picture of a referee shirt with a skull icon next to it. While the latter could indicate Cody Rhodes (since his logo is effectively a skull), it could also be “Stone Cold” Steve Austin. The referee shirt doesn’t have sleeves, which fits Austin whenever he acted as a guest referee, to say nothing of the skull. Stay tuned for more updates in the meantime.
