Xbox Game Pass Will Get New Games On The 1st Of Every Month, At Least Five New Games A Month Guaranteed

This service sounds better and better.

Microsoft’s Xbox Game Pass is a great concept, but if it is to catch on, then it needs more clarity about its future plans. During Xbox Daily: Live @ E3 yesterday, Microsoft shared some more information on the Netflix like service, which should hopefully serve to allay some doubts or questions that people have about it.

Microsoft confirmed, for example, that at least five new games will be added every month- which is good news, because it means you are that much likelier to find something to your liking each month as a result. Microsoft stated that the games will be added on the 1st of each month, so you even know what dates to look forward to for new games each month as a subscriber.

Unfortunately, we don’t know yet whether or not games from the original Xbox, which are confirmed to be coming to the Xbox One via Backward Compatibility as well, will be included in the service- we can only hope!
