Microsoft started their E3 conference in style, announcing that the Xbox One S, a slimmer version of the console, which is going to be smaller and have an internal PSU (unlike the original system, which comes with a gigantic power brick), will be launching, exactly as leaked.

The new system will be 40% smaller than the original, come with 2TB of disc space, and, incredibly enough, be only $299- an incredible price point for a great system. The new unit looks great in the white that it was announced in- though many fans doubtless want to see it in black, which was the standard color for the original system.

The news is coming in thick and fast from Microsoft’s conference, so stay tuned to GamingBolt for more information and coverage from the E3 press conference. And let us know in the comments section whether you intend on buying the Xbox One S.
