With Super Mario Odyssey out of the way, Nintendo has begun hyping up its next major release – Monolith Soft’s Xenoblade Chronicles 2 which arrives next month for the Nintendo Switch. As the follow-up to the critically acclaimed original, Xenoblade Chronicles 2 features a new cast of characters. Heroes Rex and Pyra are searching for Elysium, which is believed to be a paradise for humanity. With a large open world to explore and much of civilization residing on the backs of enormous beasts called Titans, Xenoblade Chronicles 2 looks to embody that epic sense of scale that the series has become known for.
Xenoblade Chronicles 2 is out on December 1st worldwide for the Nintendo Switch. Expect more information on the combat, overall world and how the sequel differs from its predecessors in the next Direct presentation.
