Another new Yakuza game has been announced, and that’s one more game that looks pretty damn cool that we know we’re not getting. And one for us to cry over. Seriously, Sega, why do you hate us here in the west so much?

In case you’re one of the lucky people who live in Japan, or who can speak/read/write Japanese, and will therefore be able to enjoy this game, I suppose this is good news for you, as Yakuza 0 will be launching in Japan in Spring 2015. The game acts as the prequel to the series (if the name didn’t give that away already), and it lets you explore 1988 era Tokyo and Osaka.

Like with pretty much every major game announced for the system, Yakuza 0 will not in fact be exclusive to the PlayStation 4, though it will be coming to it. In this case, Yakuza 0 is also coming to the PlayStation 3.

Stay tuned for more coverage, which can only serve to make you cry.
