Yakuza: Like a Dragon, the seventh mainline title in the long running series, is now out internationally after originally releasing at the beginning of 2020 in Japan. Unlike previous entries, this one released on just about every platform at the same time when it left Japan with one notable exception: the PS5. While the PS4 version of the game is obviously playable on the system, it will lack the enhancements of a native version. Why this is the case has never been made clear, but today we got some new screenshots of that version of the game.

Sega has showed off the PS5 version in action previously, which you can see through here. Today they released a few new screenshots, which you can see below. They look sharp, unsurprisingly, as the game is a looker in general. Like the Xbox Series X version available now, it will include 60 FPS, 4K Resolution and significantly reduced loading times.

Yakuza: Like a Dragon will release on PS5 on March 2nd, 2021 and is available on other platforms now. You can read our full review of the game through here.
