Battlefield Hardline

Visceral Games is gearing up for the open beta of Battlefield: Hardline on February 3rd. The beta will run till February 9th and players will have the option of pre-loading it on PC on February 2nd, 10 AM PDT.

Even though the beta won’t have any kind of level cap, allowing players to experience the entire progression system with all the weapons an gadgets, your progress won’t carry over into the main game.

“Progression doesn’t carry over, but your expertise surely will,” according to the official FAQ.

So at the very least, you’ll have enough first-hand experience with the modes in question and the maps. This is fairly standard for all betas though and wasn’t looking to be different for Battlefield: Hardline.

Battlefield: Hardline will be out on March 17th in North America and March 19th in Europe for Xbox 360, PS3, PS4, PC, Xbox One and PC. Are you looking forward to it or taking part in the beta? Let us know in the comments.
