inFamous: Second Son came out literally just a few days ago, and was met with decent reception. There were, however, a few things in the game that needed tweaking, and Sucker Punch and Sony have announced that an update for the game will be coming in very soon, and that it will address several issues and add new features to the game.

The update will allow you to do several things, such as change the time of the day in-game once you’ve finished the game. You will also be able to turn off the HUD so that you can take proper screenshots any time you want. The update will also cap the frame rate of the game at 30 frames per second.

“Of course, our coders and QA team are working to try to identify and resolve key bugs, and we’ll look at incorporating important fixes in the patch too,” Sucker Punch wrote on the PS Blog. “And who knows… if we’re inspired enough, we may sneak a few other little things in too. Time will tell!”

We recently reviewed inFamous: Second Son and called it a “a worthy entry in the inFamous Series.” You can read our full review here.
