We came across several job listings on the official Lionhead  Studios. They are currently looking people for the following positions:

  • Lead Designer
  • Experienced Programmer
  • Experienced Programmer
  • Head of Production

Further digging revealed that Lionhead Studios are working on an unannounced title which will provide players a AAA experience. Well, that remains to be seen.

The following details were found in the job descriptions:

Working with the Creative Director, Peter Molyneux, the candidate must co-ordinate all game features and mechanics to produce a AAA quality experience. The successful candidate will be required to oversee story outlines, map designs, characters, menu systems, flowcharts, diagrams, formulas, spreadsheets and more. They will be asked to work across all disciplines to drive the implementation of the game design.

Lionhead Studios is seeking a highly skilled Experienced Programmer to be a key contributor on an unannounced title. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about games (and game development) and has significant experience designing scalable database systems. The role will focus on working with the Design department in order to define the data requirements for the game (analytics data, balance data, general game binary data), as well as implementing that design in a scalable, flexible and optimal way. It will also focus on implementing the various interfaces to access that data.
