The Xbox One has been fairly successful since launch but it’s seen its fair share of hardware issues since launch, especially with reports of faulty Blu-ray disc drives. Now, Microsoft is promising a free digital game download for fans who have been affected, according to an email received by Polygon from a support rep.

“While a replacement console is on its way, we want to ensure our advance exchange customers can stay in the game. We will provide each of them with a free digital download of one of the launch titles published by Microsoft Studios.” You’ll be able to choose between Dead Rising 3, Forza Motorsport 5, Ryse: Son of Rome and Zoo Tycoon according to Eurogamer.

As of now, only a small number of units have been affected since the Xbox One launched, with Microsoft promising to take care of affected consoles in the next few weeks. Stay tuned for more details.
