PS4 Exclusive Deep Down Receives A Prologue Trailer And Sparkling Screenshots

Wrath and Sorrow dungeons

Posted By | On 27th, Dec. 2013

Earlier today Capcom released a new series of screenshots for their upcoming PS4 Exclusive title, Deep Down, which show off the game’s uniquely stylized environment. Specifically, we get a good look at some in-game dungeons, which reportedly are intended to evoke Wrath and Sorrow.

The dungeons are actually split into Wrath based dungeons and Sorrow based dungeons. Wrath dungeons will feature a heavy red theme, and players will see liquid hot magma pouring out of the walls, burning beneath the floors, and simmering under manholes.

Dungeons of sorrow will take on the opposite tone, with a fitting blue color theme. They will be largely encased in ice, which will refract blue light all over the dungeons.

In addition to the two dungeon types, these screenshots also feature several monsters gamers can expect to encounter while venturing into these dungeons. Stay tuned to GamingBolt as new details on Deep Down continue to surface.
