Rise of the Tomb Raider PS4

Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration comes with a smattering of different content for PS4 users. Along with the base game, all the released Season Pass content, various Lara Croft character models to play as, a new co-op mode and a new campaign mission (the new stuff will be available to Xbox One and PC Season Pass holders as well), there will be exclusive support for PlayStation VR.

If that’s not enough, then Square Enix has announced that those who pre-order Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration on the PlayStation Store will receive a free copy of Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition. That’s the PS4 version of the 2013 reboot which includes additional content and features some reworked visuals.

The offer is only valid when you buy from the PlayStation Store so keep that in mind when ordering. Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration is out on October 11th for PS4 with the update containing new content for the Xbox One and PC out on the same day.

Please buy our game. We hear what you’re saying all over the internet about our sour exclusive deal with that guy Phil Spencer, who had no comparable IP to UNCHARTED 4 of his own, and we have learned a valuable lesson from it. To make up for it, we are offering you the first game that you supported and played already, for free, just to get you to preorder the second game that we willingly withheld from you for a year, our original Tombraider fans. Please preorder our game now for the full asking price of $59.99 to receive the free game that you played already, and please don’t wait until its discounted in only its second month of release to $29.99, due to PSVR and all the better games that are coming out in October. We’re begging your forgiveness Playstation Tombraider fans!

I bet Capcom is saying the same thing about street fighter on ps4…lol stop hating , pony. Don’t blame Microsoft for sony’s shortcomings.

RofTR and SF have different hype with RofTR being scaled higher. And people care less on fighting games that doesn’t even have a proper single player mode and charges you a full price. On top of that, MS was the one that refused the idea of cross platform play at the time.

And the real problem for some people including myself was that the RofTR was timed exclusive on the weakest platform of all three which drove me nut cause I was expecting so much to play the game at 4K on my beast machine. I had Xb1 that I had just for Halo and the game was a total mess on xb1 with latency issues, jaggy environments, inconsistent 30 fps and sh*t.

Really looking forward to see how many copies will be sold on PS4 after a year release from XB and PC
