The first expansion to The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Heart of Stone, launched recently. It’s a wonderful expansion, adding some even more quality content to an already great game- but as is the case with any undertaking with scope and ambition of this size, there were naturally some issues with it. One of these issues was that the bosses were a bit harder than had been intended, with even lower difficulty battles proving to be a significant roadblock for most players.

CD Projekt RED Community Manager Marcin Momot has confirmed, however, that the upcoming The Witcher 3 1.11 patch is going to include balance tweaks for all Hearts of Stone bosses. “Btw. I just asked around the studio and it turns out there will be some balancing changes to all of the boss encounters in HoS with patch 1.11.”

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is out now on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. If you have not already, definitely make sure you play it, it’s a great game.
