Digital store listings for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt have been revealed for the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4. When the game was first listed, it was shown to be sitting at 25.15 gigabytes on the Xbox One, but when you download it and install it on the Xbox One, it occupies around 30.4GB.
File sizes increasing when a game is installed isn’t much of a surprise, the unpacking process of the installation often results in a swell in install space. The game is listed on the PlayStation 4 store as being 35GB, despite being previously reported as 50Gb. It seems that the previously reported number was just a placeholder.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will be available on May 19th, 2015 on the PS4, Xbox One and PC. Stay tuned for more news and updates regarding the year’s most anticipated open world role playing game.
