Titanfall Gets New Screenshot, “Special Announcement” Planned for Today

A multiplayer beta announcement incoming?

Posted By | On 22nd, Oct. 2013

Titanfall’s status as an exclusive may still be for debate, but it’s still an amazing game. Respawn Entertainment recently posted a new screenshot for the same on Twitter and also promised a “special announcement” for today. Check it out below.

What could it be? More gameplay footage, maybe even a release date announcement? The Twitter hints at being the first to fall into Titanfall, so its probably an announcement for an upcoming beta.

Titanfall is Respawn’s first game and is a multiplayer only first person shooter that focuses on small soldiers facing off and taking to hulking behemoths known as Titans when the opportunity presents itself. The game has received tons of accolades thus far, and features wall-running, jet packs, single-player elements in the form of NPCs and some storyline structure. It will be arriving on Xbox 360, PC, and Xbox one in 2014. Stay tuned for an update as soon as Respawn makes its announcement.
