According to numbers revealed today, Xbox One is the best selling console for UK and US in November. However the exclusive lineup for Xbox One in 2015 seems a bit bleak compared to the PlayStation 4. But Xbox Phil Spencer has assured that a lot of games will launch on Xbox One along with great announcements at E3 2015.

Sony had organized PlayStation Experience, a fan event during the last weekend. So what are the odds of Microsoft having their own event before E3 2015 kicks in? Unfortunately Spencer believes it’s unlikely.

Aaron Greenberg, marketing team lead of Xbox also assured gamers that they have a very big year ahead for gamers and they are just getting started.

GamingBolt’s take: Microsoft deserved to be number one in November. They had strong multi-platform support throughout 2014, a lot of great bundles, but it was the exclusives in the last quarter of the year that ensured Microsoft this victory. It will be interesting to see how they carry this momentum into 2015.

Phil Spenser and Auron Greenburg are known liars that laugh at their sheep followers.

      Ok..?

Irrelevant article, obviously they have games for 2015, anyway, there are no exclusive games coming for Xbox One the first half of 2015 meanwhile Sony has two big games for February and March. And Sony showed a lot of upcoming games (even if they are PC ports and indies) for PS4 that aren’t available for the Xbone, kinda odd that MS didn’t show any of their exclusive games at the Doritos Pope Awards but well.

Isn’t Quantum Break in March? I thought I saw that announcement somewhere, not to mention that Fable had their Beta in Oct, so believing that it could launch in the first quarter isn’t far off either. Then there is also Ori in the first quarter, which is indie, but rather sought after indie. State of Decay upgrade and Expansion to X1 is also supposed to come 1st/2nd quarter next year.

    • Seifer90

Quantum Break is confirmed for the Second half of 2015, I doubt that Fable will launch anytime soon, Ori is also on PC, not an exclusive the same for State of Decay.

    • corvusmd

If we start counting PC in console debates then the whole power/res thing just looks utterly retarded.

    • Seifer90

We aren’t talking about Power/Resolution though, i’m just saying that Ori and State of Decay aren’t exclusives for Xbone since they are available in other platforms.

    • corvusmd

I know what you are saying, but that argument is always flawed is what I am saying….to most gamers…you either PC game or Console game…so if we are talking about consoles….it usually doesn’t matter if it’s on PC. It’s a weak argument is all. If that is the case, then PSx just showed that PS4 has a majorly weak lineup next year because like 85-90% of those games have NO claim to exclusive at all….and of the ones that do…UC4 is the only shining star.

    • Seifer90

You are forgetting Bloodborne, although i agree with you, PS4 and Xbox One have a very weak lineup for next year.

AAA Games takes years to build @ very high cost. The amount of AAA games coming exclusively to each platform is sufficient.

    • corvusmd

I couldn’t find anything that said second half, but I found a couple things that said Quarter 2 for 2015….for Quantum Break.

    • Seifer90

According to the Wikipedia page of Quantum Break, it says Q2 2015, i highly doubt it will launch in the first quarter considering we didn’t get any footage around this time of the year.

    • corvusmd

We’ve had gameplay videos for months though….like at least last June….so if you’re saying it will be another 6 months AT LEAST…then by that same logic UC4 might not even make it in 2015 being that we JUST saw the first gameplay.

    • Seifer90

Well, i just found odd that MS haven’t showed any footage of the exclusive games the last months, I was expecting Scalebound or Quantum Break to appear at the Game Awards but they didn’t.

    • xbox1rules23

we did get footage at gamescom

    • bardock5151

Forza Horizon 2 had first footage shown in June and got released 4 months later.

    • xbox1rules23

      fable is early 2015

    • xbox1rules23

yeah kinda like how ps4 had so many exclusive games this fall

    • Seifer90

Well, PS4 didn’t have any exclusives this fall but it got some Sony exclusives like LBP 3, Guilty Gear Xrd Sign.

    • xbox1rules23

      both suck

  • corvusmd

Good!!! Keep going, 2014 was awesome for gamers, and 2015 looks to be even more amazing. Even without surprise announcements and confirmed dates on others, X1 already has the most exclusives I want to play with 6.

    • John Doe

PS4 dominated Xbox One this year and PS4 has waaaaay more exclusives.

    • corvusmd

Nah, 2014 saw better games on X1 and 2015 looks to be the same. Most exclusives on PS4 are indies that no one cares about. Other than that the X1 exclusives outshine the PS4 ones by a long shot….but UC4 looks good. I’ll enjoy that game, but like 2014 my Ps4 looks like it will be off for most of the year.

    • Seifer90

Nice bait man, but Sony has more exclusives coming for PS4.

  • sazse007

    Keep doing the good job!

The most played system in my house for sure. Thanks to SSO & FH2.

If anyone thinks the Xbox will be crap next year, Halo, Tomb Raider, Quantum Break, Fable, potentially ScaleBound (!), and other unannounced games (Rare’s workin on something big) says “What up son”.
