The frequency with which we get games that showcase the stunning potential of VR has been increasing of late, and Sony, too, have been investing in this area heavily. Last year, we got the wonderful Astro Bot Rescue Mission, while this year, we got SIE London Studio’s cinematic first person shooter Blood and Truth, which turned out to be much, much better than most of us had expected. Action-packed, well-acted, brimming with thrilling set-pieces and firefights, and boasting a surprisingly engaging story, Blood and Truth is perhaps one of the best surprises of this year.
