Going Under

Speaking of lack of attention, there’s Aggro Crab’s Going Under, a roguelite dungeon crawler that was overshadowed by the launch of the more anticipated Hades. It’s about failed tech companies coalescing into randomly generated dungeons. You play as an unpaid intern who must navigate this mess by wiedling office weaponry and finding out what your employer has in store. The colorful art-style belies a surprising amount of depth as players can wield anything as a weapon and pick up numerous skills to battle with. It may not be nearly as ambitious as its nearest competitor but Going Under still deserves a look.
