7. Rie Ino as Alma Wade
Considering Alma's visual design is a pretty shameful rip-off of Sadako from the ring (as in the one that comes out of the TV at the end of the film), Rie Ino would be the only sane choice in a film adaptation of Fear. Of course this would involve bringing the woman behind Sadako across from the 90's.
