8. Steven Seagal
Seagal has pretty much everything you would want for the role of Bison. He's got a cocky attitude, kind of stupid hair and outrageous experience in action movies. And yes, for sake of argument and my own sanity, I am trying my very best to ignore the existing Street Fighter movie. Bring in Seagal as Bison, as he's the sane inheritor of the Bison character form Raul Julia.
