10. Being Secretive
Arguably the biggest fault MS has made is its total lack of disclosure on key aspects of the console. It wouldn't be hard for them to silence the more damning rumours without spoiling a console reveal but, instead of doing this, they're letting fiascos like the recent Twitter débâcle with MS creative director Adam Orth play out unchecked. Combine this with industry speculation, and it's leading to fan resentment that will make it harder for the Xbox 720 to impress potential fans.
