Destiny

Another title that made a huge splash this year at E3 was Destiny. Developers, Bungie have left Halo behind and jumped into a new franchise with this title. While their art styles are clearly influenced by previous games it certainly is a big step in a new direction for the company.

Destiny is another one of those titles to somewhat blur the line between single player and online player experiences. While there is a single player option, it seems that the player will be running into other gamers as they traverse the world. There are also options to join friends and take on objectives together.

From what has been seen too, there are also situations where you’ll need to fight alongside other groups of players to complete certain mission objectives. This certainly makes the game very interesting. We can expect to see Destiny coming to the PS4 and Xbox One as well as the PS3 and 360 with a release date sometime in 2014, so it’s right around the corner.
